Happy Holidays

See Christmas lights and mistletoe
and holly everywhere;
Hear choirs singing favourite carols
that echo through the air.

Smell gingerbread, orange-pomanders,
and turkey in the oven;
All things that grams and mamas do
with extra-special lovin'.

Hang a wreath, light a candle,
say an extra prayer
That everyone has someone,
these things, with whom to share.

Taste the snowflakes on your tongue -
let childhood memories free;
Stop and watch the snowmen grow
while the children build with glee.

Feel the joy and pass it on
in any way you can;
Give the true gift of Christmas
to all your fellow man.

Happy Holidays!
