For "understanding" -- then,
The "shoes" which clothe our "feet" become
The "word" describing them.
Explore this avenue of thought

Man's "consciousness" the link --
"Removing shoes to wash our feet"
May change the way we think.
By "washing feet" of
soil and grime --
Consider this -- if we
Should "cleanse the mind" of impure thoughts,
How changed our lives would be!
Our "feet" may carry
us aloft
To unknown mountain heights;
Protected by our well-made "shoes",
We ponder new insights.
Before our eyes are Heaven's gates
Where we may peek inside;
For what we see will help us know
That there we shall abide.
